talisman. i happened upon this word two times in two different contexts in less than two hours time this a.m. here is a way that i understand/experience this word: something producing magical and miraculous effects.

waking after a rest*full night sleep. thank*full. a beauty*full 9 a.m. kundalini yoga class.

*wOndEr

holding a little bowl filled with fresh strawberry slices and apple chunks sprinkled with cinnamon. tasting my first meal of the day.
